From Thoughts to Strategy to Prototypes.

Like many PMs, I discovered Cursor and was blown away. Here was a tool that could turn plain English ideas into working prototypes faster than I could spell "vibecoding." But there was a catch.

The Reality Check: Crafting the perfect prompt from scratch every single time was becoming more challenging than the old way of building prototypes. Even with the power to add screenshots and images to Cursor, it sometimes becomes harder and harder to explain your ideas in words – that gap between what you envision and what you can articulate.

I saw two paths forward: Meta-prompting (getting one AI to write prompts for another) or following a recipe (creating a reusable template). I chose the recipe approach because the best frameworks are the ones people actually use.

The framework wasn't born from theory. It was born from the frustration of watching great ideas die in the "figuring out how to prompt this thing" phase.
